Explanation of Instructor Expenses:

Instructor expenses are $325.00. Hotel cost is $40.00 a night for 3 nights for our instructors. $20.00 for meals for 3 days. $145.00 for gas/transporting necessary equipment to complete your certification dives. Total instructor expenses $325.00.

Trip participants must commit by close of business the Thursday (1 week) before the schedule Florida Springs trip. All trip participants will be required to pay final cost (instructor expenses) the Friday before the schedule trip

Examples of instructor expenses:

If 2 friends or parent and child are getting certified on a Florida trip, they would pay $139.00 each plus (dividing instructor expenses equally) $325.00. Total each would have to pay is $301.50.

If 1 person is getting certified on a Florida trip and they are the same gender as the instructor and they didn't mind sharing the room, they would pay $139.00 plus $205.00 for the instructor expenses. Total to pay is $344.00.

If 1 person is getting certified on a Florida trip and they are the same gender as the instructor, but instead of sharing a room, they drove the instructor down with the equipment, they would pay $139.00 plus $180.00 for the instructor expenses. Total is $319.00

Last example, 4 people are getting certified on a Florida trip, they would each pay $139.00 plus the instructor expenses of $81.25 each. Total each would have to pay is $220.25.

Oceanic Explorers has price these trips for 1 person, a group of people or for a group of friends, family of divers and non-divers. Therefore, non-divers (family or friends) do not have to pay a non-diving trip cost.

Remember, hotels (cheap or expensive, your choice) or camping or RV'ing with the family, meals and transportation are not included with the trip cost.

No refunds after the close of business the Thursday (1 week) before the schedule trip because it affects other trip participants cost.
